Head of Accounts for Pan-EMEA at WeWork, Leila is all about the "no BS approach" and creating true value for her customers. She has a “get shit done” attitude no matter how large the org she operates in and dreads time spent away from selling/generating revenue.
Over the past two years she launched the Pan- EMEA Account sales team from scratch and grew a portfolio of medium & large sized accounts (CAC40, DAX, Next40, etc…) generating $100+ millions in revenue per year.
Before joining WeWork she was a PM at Amazon for four years, working in the digital marketing team and managing tight-knit marketing campaigns driving direct sales. She did her MBA at MIT Sloan where she particularly enjoyed the entrepreneurship & innovation scene. Last but not least, she enjoys debating all kinds of topics over a glass of wine with good company.
